John Wanoa (self proclaimed hereditary King of the Maori) was arrested October 1 after footage was released by him on his YouTube Channel showing the illegal ‘occupation’, assault and forcible ‘eviction’ of workers from a city office in the Auckland area.
Wanoa, who brags he has posted over 700 video’s to his channel also claims to be the descendant of King William IV, and maintains he has a legal claim to the throne now occupied by Queen Elizabeth II. Wanoa’s endorsement and participation with the ITCCS goes as far as using the ITCCS International Common Law Court of Justice seal on several documents used to verify this fact. Wanoa’s nephew, Desmond Wanoa, has posted similar video’s online promising death and dismemberment to members of the British Royal Family along with both Pope Benedict and Pope Francis and New Zealands Prime Minister should they refuse to allow themselves to be arrested by Wanoa and his supporters.
Kevin Annett runs the ITCCS New Zealand page on Facebook where he made sexual advances towards one of it’s members and fellow admins: Rachael Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh was smeared publicly on the same Facebook page and elsewhere on the internet when she began voicing concerns about the violence advocated by Annett towards Pope Francis and other heads of state. Kavanaugh is an advocate of non-violent activism and believed that Annett was acting as an agent-provocateur because of his increasing calls for the creation and use of ‘Direct Action Units’ and ‘Marshalls’ to use force in order to arrest and detain anyone whom an individual deemed to be a ‘threat’. Up until the time of the posting below, the NZ Facebook page very much reflected the work of ITCCS and Kevin Annett’s own beliefs as is evidenced by his own postings and comments to the page itself:

This is the most recent sabotage of one of our more effective groups, after a similar take-down-from-within of our Calgary, Canada common law group.
This experience should serve as a lesson for all of us on how the other side works to destroy our effectiveness: by planting operatives early on in our groups who win confidence and then sabotage through misinformation, lies and divide and conquer methods.Armed with this knowledge, do not feed the problem by counter attacking these operatives once they are exposed. One individual had a man in a choke-hold that was reminiscent of the kind of manoevre used to break someones’ neck. Unfortunately for Wanoa, he had videotaped the entire event is now in jail until another hearing on Monday, October the 5th, 2015.

Greetings – As one of the Aotearoa Diplomatic Federal Marshals who entered the 61 Cook Street Auckland building to evict the office staff, I wish to make corrections to this page.
Unfortunately the Office Staff were collateral damage.
The Aotearoa Marshals are registered at the United Nations. In early 2016 I laid a Huge Human Rights Complaint with the United Nations Human Rights Commissioner that saw the NZ Police withdraw all charges and dismiss each Marshal with no evidence offered. Only one person was convicted through Police deception. When the 3 Police witnesses committed blatant acts of perjury and the Police violate the Laws of New Zealand, Human Rights and United Nations Treaties, and the two Judges lacked jurisdiction to prosecute but fraudulently rode roughshod over the Rights of those charged for over 10 months, saw the Court through United Nations intervention discharge us without conviction. Other fallout that ensued, was John Key’s resignation as Prime Minister, Helen Clarke vetoed from her U.N position and Murray McCully’s resignation from the U.N. NZ’s U.N. representatives were sent packing.
I state the Marshals have absolutely no connection with the ITCCS or Kevin Annett, the Heading ITCCS affiliated NZ Marshals is false.
John Wanoa is a separate entity and is not and has not been a part of the Marshals.

The media like to use emotive words action words like “STORMED” the Auckland office. In the video it shows us just casually walking in the front office. If walking is the new way of storming than my apologies. Also John Wanoa was only relieved of his charges after the United Nations stepped in and we were all dismissed that same day 22 Aug 2016 by Judge J Sharp where no evidence was offered by Police. Mistakes made by POLICE was to attempt to prosecute Tangata Whenua known as MAORI who were registered at the United Nations.
What most NZers don’t know is it is the MAORI who are Sovereign in this Country only Maori and you need to be Sovereign to be a member STATE of the U.N, so the representatives were representing Maori and their interests at the U.N. Once my Human Rights Complaint reached the right people at the U.N. the Prime Minister was called to the U.N to answer the allegations, he returned to NZ and resigned Prime Ministership. Helen Clark and Murray McCully resigned their posts this is the Diplomatic answer, but a blunt man such as myself would say they were kicked out of the U.N. for abusing Tangata Whenua i.e Maori.
#What did the Government do (includes the Police) they arrested Sovereigns with immunity.
#Secondly we were all charged jointly meaning if one got off everyone got off.
#So the Auckland District Police came into the Waikato District to 443 Murray Rd RD1 Tuakau 2696 and arrested me. In doing so they crossed into the Waikato District’s jurisdiction (out of their jurisdiction) they violated their authority broke the law.
#In breaking the law they removed the jurisdiction of the Auckland District Court to prosecute me, but the two Judges refused to follow their own laws perpetrating judicial abuse upon me, denial of a fair trail a breach of s.25(a) NZ Bill of Rights 1990, and Article 14(1) of the United Nation’s International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of which NZ signed as a treaty partner to protect our Human rights, instead the Court i.e the State rod roughshod over those Rights.
#There was know arrest warrant to justify arresting me, and for 10 months the Court refused to force the Police to provide the exculpatory evidence to me, no arrest warrant no case.
#It took 8 months before the Court ordered the Police to give me one of the Charging documents that was missing in their Initial Disclosure and only through filing documents to force disclosure.
# I filed a Criminal Application to prosecute the three Crown witnesses with Perjury my Application was handed to Judge Collins one of the judges in the case, he sat on my papers for 37 days than ordered the Registrars to return my documents claiming it was an insult for a Defendant to prosecute Crown witnesses involved in his own prosecution, it is simply unheard of application is denied.
Detective Flowerdew Brown was complicit in with of the witnesses in fabricating committing perjury in the 8 page statement, my removing the intended perpetrator’s name and replacing his name with mine. Unfortunately in recording of the eviction showed me every elsewhere except where she was in the office.
The Police’s response was to send Detective Flowerdew Brown to I think it was the Solomon Islands for a year.
The U.N. reacted was unheard in this country, everything was played down kept quiet by the State,
